Rental Plus
There is a lot to consider when renting out a house! We take the entire process off your hands and, with our knowledge and experience, ensure that no important matters are overlooked.
In this package, in addition to renting out your home, we take care of the administrative and financial management.
What does the Rental Plus Package include?
- All responsibilities under the Rental Basic Package.
- Collecting the monthly rent, including any reminders and notices of default in case of overdue payments.
- Calculating the annual rent indexation/increase, and communicating this to the tenant by means of a written notification.
- Keeping records of the home and tenant and all communication that takes place between the parties involved.
- Drafting the rental agreements and completion reports of the property.
- Engaging a collection agency, bailiff or law firm - after consultation with you - if legal assistance is required.
- Periodically providing a clear overview of income and expenditure, but also of management, tenants and any other relevant developments.
If you opt for the Rental Basic Package, we will take care of the following:
-We advise on rental options and associated contracts.
-We portray the house as beautifully as possible.
-We promote the property online through various channels.
-We organize viewings of the property with the most suitable interested parties.
-We screen potential tenants, including their payment and rental history.
-We take care of the check-in of the tenant(s) in the property, and are also responsible for the check-out at the end of the rental period.
If you opt for this package, we will in addition take care of the Technical Management and you will therefore be completely unburdened. Does the property have a broken window, is the tenant complaining about a broken extraction system or is the central heating boiler failing? We will handle it and ensure that issues are resolved with the tenant(s).
