Are you looking to rent a house in Amsterdam or The Hague? We can help you! There is the possibility to request a housing tour. You will get the possibility to view a couple of houses that match your wishes and criteria. We will do a property view together and we will guide you through the full renting process. Besides a housing tour, you can also find properties on our website. If you find a house that fits your wishes and requirements, we would be happy to view it with you.
Housing search
Finding a new home in Amsterdam or The Hague is not an easy task. We can help you by organizing a housing search. Before we start a housing search, an orientated conversation will follow in which we will discuss your housing wishes and criteria. This is how our housing search works:
- Based on your housing criteria and wishes we will research the housing market;
- A ‘housing tour’* will be planned, in which we will view multiple houses;
- If after the viewings you found your home, we will send a proposal on behalf of you to the owner or the involved real estate agent and start the negotiation;
- All legal rental documents, such as the rental agreement will be thoroughly checked;
- We conduct a comprehensive inspection of the apartment, including a photo report.
No Cure, No Pay
Expat Housing works on a No Cure, No Pay base. This means that no costs will be charged for viewing properties, we only charge when the most suitable home is found and a rental agreement is set up. The agency fee we charge for finding a suitable property, is one (1) month's rent (excl. VAT).
If you have not requested a house search, but you do like to rent one of the properties found on our website, only contract costs of €350,- (excl. VAT) will be charged.
