We manage your real estate debtor & creditor administration for you. We take care of the timely collection of the monthly rent and payment of creditors invoices among other things.

PRICES FOR RENTING OUT YOUR PROPERTY
& PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Fee for Renting Out your Property: one-time fee of 1 month rent for contracts with a duration of 12 months or more. For shorter contracts (6 to 12 months) you pay a proportional amount with a minimum of €750,- (+21% VAT).

Fee for Property Management: monthly fee of 4 to 6% of the monthly rental income (% depending on package chosen) +21% VAT.

This includes all activities related to the administration of the rental of your property, including the collection, maintenance and archiving of data of your tenant(s) and about your property(s). The communication with the tenants is also completely taken out of your hands during administrative management.

The extensive accounts receivable and accounts payable administration can be arranged by a property manager. Financial management ensures, among other things, that the monthly rent is obtained on time and that the payment of the creditor invoices is handled neatly.

Of course, you are kept up to date thanks to periodic reports on the status of your property and a clear overview of income and expenses. The estate agents monitor whether tenants do pay on time and will also take action if this is not the case. In the event of late payment, you will receive advice from us about the need for legal assistance. If you wish, the collection will also be taken care of by the real estate agents, if necessary, with the help of a collection agency.

There are plenty of annoying jobs that take up a lot of time and that just need to be done when you don’t have the time yourself. Think of an extractor that breaks down, the internet that doesn’t work anymore or a tap that doesn’t provide hot water. All of this falls under technical management, which won’t be your concern anymore once you let someone else take care of this. All these technical faults or defects will be solved for you without any problems and when necessary the maintenance tasks will be carried out by your property manager. At Expat Housing we make use of our extensive network of contractors and consultants.
